Ordering

  • Products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch
  • Stock is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing an order does not guarantee stock availability; we will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock
  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation, on business days only (Monday–Friday)

Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout
  • Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted before shipment only. Contact us immediately at [your email] if you need to cancel
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrectly sent item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange an appropriate resolution

Shipping

  • Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping
  • All shipments are Ex-Factory China. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods leave our facility
  • Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility
