For bulk orders, you are welcome to arrange your own freight forwarder — please contact us after placing your order and before shipment to coordinate.
Customs and shipping terms for bulk orders are flexible. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and DDU — however, for smaller quantities, we recommend DDP or DDU for convenience. Customs duties can be handled by us on your behalf, or you may manage them independently. We will discuss and confirm the best arrangement with you after your order is placed and before shipment.
Trims & Packaging
Trims and packaging items are custom-produced and are typically dispatched together with your bulk swimwear order. Standalone trim orders are also accepted.
Trims and packaging require 10 business days of production after order confirmation and written artwork approval.
Shipping method and transit time follow the same schedule as Private Label Bulk Orders above. Final dispatch arrangements will be confirmed prior to shipment.

Free Shipping
Orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping, applicable to Ready to Sell, Intro Pack, Private Label, Print on Demand, and Trims & Packaging orders.
For orders below $100, shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed prior to dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For Intro Pack, Ready to Sell, Private Label Sample Orders, and Print on Demand Orders:
We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by default. Applicable customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees are collected at checkout, so you will not need to pay additional charges when your order arrives. However, DDP is not available for all destination countries or regions. If your destination does not support DDP shipping, we will contact you immediately after your order is placed to explain the situation and provide alternative solutions.
For Private Label Bulk Orders:
Customs and import duty arrangements are flexible. You may choose to have us handle customs clearance and duty payment on your behalf, or manage them independently through your own customs broker or freight forwarder. We support a range of Incoterms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and DDU. For smaller-quantity bulk orders, we recommend DDP or DDU for a smoother experience. Final terms will be discussed and agreed upon after your order is placed and before dispatch.

Business Days & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Orders & Payment
Cancellations
- Intro Pack & Ready to Sell: Cancellations are accepted before shipment only. Contact us immediately at service@wearhongxiu.com.
- Private Label, Print on Demand & Trims & Packaging: Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production or preparation begins promptly upon confirmation.
Price Adjustments
We are unable to make price adjustments after an order has been placed.
