Hongxiu Swim is an online store and B2B swimwear supply platform operated by Aymar Tech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Hongxiu Swim works with manufacturing and fulfillment partners in China to provide swimwear samples, ready-to-sell products, private label production, trims, packaging, and custom swimwear services to business buyers.

Our shop is intended for business buyers only. All purchases are made for commercial resale, product evaluation, brand development, or business use, and are not intended for direct personal consumption by the buyer. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility

Our shop is intended for business buyers including brand owners, retailers, and distributors. By accessing and placing an order, you confirm that you are a business buyer purchasing for commercial resale or brand development purposes.

 

2. Programs & Orders

We offer three purchasing programs:

  • Intro Pack — A physical sample kit including fabric swatches, color cards, and representative garment samples. Intended for product evaluation purposes only. Not for resale. All sales are final.
  • Ready to Sell — In-stock products branded with Hongxiu labels, available for immediate dispatch. No MOQ.
  • Private Label — Existing styles produced with your own branding. MOQ and lead times apply. See our MOQ · Lead Time page for details.
  • Trims & Packaging — Custom-produced branding accessories including labels, hang tags, packaging, hygienic liners, and more. Production requires buyer-provided artwork and written approval before commencement. MOQ and lead times vary by product type and will be confirmed prior to order.
  • Custom Swim — Fully custom designs produced to your specifications. Terms are agreed upon individually prior to order confirmation.

All orders are reviewed upon receipt. If any inconsistencies are found in product selections, quantities, label artwork, or specifications, we will contact you before proceeding. Orders will be placed on hold until all issues are resolved.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices displayed at the time of order confirmation are final.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, etc.

Bulk orders require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation. The remaining 70% balance is due prior to shipment. Dispatch will not occur until full payment is received.

Price adjustments cannot be made after an order has been placed.

 

4. Order Cancellations

  • Ready to Sell & Intro Pack: Cancellations are accepted before shipment only. Please contact us immediately at service@wearhongxiu.com.
  • Private Label, Trims & Packaging, and Custom Swim: Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins promptly upon confirmation.

 

5. Private Label — Buyer Responsibility

For Private Label and Trims & Packaging orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all label artwork, care instructions, size specifications, and other order details are complete, accurate, and legally compliant with the requirements of the destination market before confirming an order.

Hongxiu Swim is not responsible for errors arising from buyer-provided information or artwork.

 

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders ship Ex-Factory from China unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders may be manufactured, prepared, or fulfilled by our production and fulfillment partners in China. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods leave our facility or fulfillment location, regardless of who arranges shipping.

Import duties, customs fees, and any other regulatory charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. See our Shipping & Orders page for full details.

 

7. Refunds & Returns

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Key points:

  • Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or subjective preference
  • Do not return items without prior written confirmation from our team

 

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Hongxiu Swim and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that any label artwork, prints, or designs submitted for production do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Hongxiu Swim accepts no liability for IP violations arising from buyer-provided materials.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Hongxiu Swim's liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
