Artwork Requirements
By uploading or selecting artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to use it. Do not use copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, or otherwise restricted images. You are responsible for the artwork and any related copyright or compliance issues.

Amendments

• Order details and artwork are final upon payment
• Any amendments after payment may incur additional charges and may delay preparation

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as preparation begins promptly after order confirmation and artwork receipt.

Returns & Refunds
If your Print on Demand item has a manufacturing defect or clearly deviates from the confirmed order details, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at service@wearhongxiu.com with your order number and supporting photos. We will review and propose an appropriate resolution.

We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer-provided artwork issues, copyright or compliance issues, low-resolution artwork, color variation caused by screen display differences, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.
