Sample Order:
Use our existing template design — ready to ship quickly at our standard sample price. -
Bulk Order (MOQ: 50 pcs):
- Without custom design: Use our template at the same per-piece price as Sample orders.
- With custom design: Use your own artwork. The unit price is higher for custom orders. Before production, we'll align all design details with you to ensure everything is perfect.
Paper & Material:
Default material is 800gsm cardstock. Other paper options are available — please contact us to discuss alternatives.
Corner Style:
Default is rounded corners. You can choose square corners if preferred.
Size:
Default size is 3cm (1.18") × 8cm (3.15"). Custom sizes are available — please contact us for a quote.
Color:
Full-color printing is supported. You can customize your color selection.
Default hang tag string is white.
Special Finishes:
We offer hot foiling (gold/silver), spot UV, embossing, and other premium finishes. Please contact us to discuss which options suit your design.

Production begins after order confirmation, label artwork approval, and deposit payment. Final dispatch date will be confirmed at the time of order. Transit time is additional and varies by shipping method and destination.
Bulk orders require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation. The remaining 70% is due prior to shipment.
Example: An order of 50 pieces in Style A / Black can be split as S×10, M×15, L×15, XL×10.

Private Label
Private Label orders require production time for labeling and packaging before shipment. Transit times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Trims & Packaging
Trims and packaging items are custom-produced and are typically dispatched together with your bulk swimwear order. Standalone trim orders are also accepted.
Shipping method and transit time follow the same schedule as Private Label Bulk Orders above. Final dispatch arrangements will be confirmed prior to shipment.

Free Shipping
Orders over $200 USD qualify for free shipping, applicable to Ready to Sell, Intro Pack, Private Label, and Trims & Packaging orders.
For orders below $200, shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed prior to dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other regulatory fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimates before placing your order.
Business Days & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Cancellations
- Intro Pack & Ready to Sell: Cancellations are accepted before shipment only. Contact us immediately at service@wearhongxiu.com.
- Private Label & Trims & Packaging: Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins promptly upon confirmation.

We are unable to make price adjustments after an order has been placed.

Ordering
- All trims and packaging items are custom-produced to your provided artwork and specifications
- Production begins after order confirmation and written artwork approval
- MOQ and lead times vary by product type and will be confirmed prior to order
Artwork Requirements
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all submitted artwork is complete, accurate, and legally compliant with the requirements of the destination market. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in buyer-provided artwork.
Payment
- Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order
- Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins promptly upon artwork approval.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive items with manufacturing defects or significant deviations from approved artwork, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at service@wearhongxiu.com with your order number and supporting photos. We will review and propose an appropriate resolution.
We do not accept returns arising from errors in buyer-provided artwork or specifications.
Shipping
- Trims and packaging are typically shipped together with your bulk swimwear order. Standalone shipments are also available upon request
- Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping
- All shipments are Ex-Factory China. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods leave our facility
- Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility
